We are in search of an Administrative Assistant (Arabic speaking, female) for one of our clients in Qatar.
Major responsibility: Clerical and administrative support.
Requirements:
– Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Secretary, office clerk or office assistant or a similar role in a reputable company in Qatar.
– Excellent knowledge of filing and coding of documents and files.
– Must have an average typing speed (45 wpm).
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Arabic).
– Bachelors degree is a must.
– Candidates should be available to join immediately in Qatar (at least within a week after selection).
– Must have a valid QID with transferable visa.
– Renewable contract after 1 year
– Preferred nationality – Lebanese
