Technical Support Engineer
– Bachelorโs Degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or other related scientific or technical discipline.
– 5+ years in hands-on technical support in a large scale, IT demanding organization
– Extensive experience in supporting and troubleshooting desktop operating systems (Windows 7/8 and Linux/Unix/Mac O/S.
– Experience in a research institution, hospital or software development company
– Experience with iOS/S, Android and Windows mobile systems
-Must haveCCNA certificate
– Unix / Linux and/or MCSA Certified
– CCNP/Switching certified
– Apple Certified Professional
– Understanding of traffic classification and prioritization
– Understanding of network security
– Experience in scientific programming project(s)
6 months contract
