Looking for Senior Signage Production Manager.
Requirements:
Good team player.
Must have excellent communication and customer facing skills.
Must have excellent management & leadership skills.
Must understand the importance of H&S processes.
Knowledge of safe systems of work and compliance is essential.
Experience in the Signage Industry.
Must be up-to-date with all the new technologies, services & machineries related to the industry.
Responsibilities:
Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
Organizing workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
Overseeing and coaching employee.
Check production output according to specifications.
Analyzed production trends and conducted extensive cost-benefit analysis of product enhancements.
Worked closely with production team to enforce and maintain Quality standards.
Calculate complete cost & estimate of a job.
Making decisions about equipment use and maintenance.
Handling all Indoor & Outdoor jobs.
Installation site visits whenever needed.
Having responsibility from signage production to site installation.
Supervising the installation on site whenever needed: Cladding, 3D signage, Acrylic Signs, Build up Letters, Pylons, Hoardings, Signages on Towers, etc.….
Qualifications:
Sign production/installation experience (reference Portfolio with pictures is a must).
Strong computer and internet skills.
Able to work well under pressure to output high volume, high quality work.
Able to use light power equipment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of welding, steel, Electrical work & Painting.
Able to read AutoCAD drawings.
