Duties and Responsibilities:
1) Provide excellent customer service.
2) Greet visitors with a positive, helpful attitude and professional manner.
3) Scheduling appointments and booking tickets.
4) Performing adhoc administrative duties.
5) Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
6) Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
7) Explain to potential customers about the various benefits offered by company products or services; following them up to close the business deals.
9) Receive customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned staff to resolve the problem.
10) Log all customer complaints and follow up the relevant action.
11) Adhere to Customer relations policy & procedure & update it if necessary/required by the business.
Qualification:
Diploma or Graduate
2-3 years of relevant experience
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
