We are currently looking for locally available candidates to join our team:
GUEST SERVICE CENTER AGENT/ TELEPHONE OPERATOR
The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of relevant experience in hotel industry.
Bilingual (Arabic & English)
Tunisian, Moroccan & Algerian nationalities preferred.
*Answering incoming calls.
*Directs call to guest rooms, staff, or departments through the switchboard.
*Greeting guests on arrival.
*Undertaking front desk service duties.
*Coordinating with porters, concierge, kitchen staff and housekeeping.
*Acting as a central source of information for guests during their stay.
*Coordinating third-party services such as tour guides, taxis, airport transfers and rental cars.
