Position: Facilities Manager (Real Estate)
Location: Qatar
* BSc/BA in facility management, engineering, or relevant field.
* Relevant professional qualification (e.g., CFM) will be an advantage.
* MUST have hard services facility management experience from real estate and property management in GCC.
* More than 5 years of experience in managing facilities and building maintenance.
* Minimum 7 years of working experience in the Facilities and Maintenance Management area.
* Must have experience maintaining a range of buildings like high-rise/ mid-rise buildings, apartments, villas, educational campuses etc.
