About MasterMinds Academy
Master Minds Academy is a subsidiary company for INGOT Brokers; MasterMinds Academy is an educational academy founded in Qatar in 2022 to teach business skills and uplift financial literacy among individuals and groups alike.
We work on exchanging expertise in topics like business, finance, financial analysis, and budgeting with an emphasis on investing and trading. We provide learners with educational material developed and created by a team of experts in various business and financial fields who have obtained world-acclaimed certifications in business and finance.

Duties & Responsibilitiesยท
Create training material and presentations
Responsible for implementing the education strategy for Mastermindsโ Clients
Organize educational events on a regular basis
Provide financial markets training to clients, organizations, leads, and anything in the spectrum
Deliver on-location and online seminars, workshops, and webinars
Create Education material programs, beginner, intermediate and advanced curricula for external stakeholders
Manage the subordinates by training them, educating them, and evaluating them
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics
CFA Holder
A minimum of 6 years of proven experience in the financial industry and +2 years in the education industry
English and Arabic fluency
