– Minimum 1 year of experience in Call Centre/Customer service.
– Experience in handling customer complaint/escalation through various channels.
– Fresh graduate with knowledge on Customer Service & Good communication skills can also apply.
– Excellent verbal and written communication in both English & Arabic.
– Good typing skills.
– Must have a valid Qatar ID & transferrable visa.
