We are looking for a
Call Center Agent

Duties:
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Manage and resolve customer complains.
Coordination with the other departments and maintain follow-ups.
ldentify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions or
alternatives.
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
Requirements:
Must be a native English speaker.
Previous experience in a call center environment.
Willing to work in rotational shifts.
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Ability to multitask set priorities and manage time effectively.
Excellent time management skill
Strong problem-solving skill.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Female candidates are preferred.
High school degree
Must have NOC
Must be available in Qatar
