Qualification & Skills
Bachelorโs Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Business Development role in Oil & Gas sector
Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities
Meeting clients and generating/ negotiating Business Proposals & New Business Opportunities
Marketing the company to potential clients, partners, and financiers
Coordinate with the team on hiring plans and all HR related matters
Interviewing staff about noticeable changes in their workflow or client relationships
Strong communication, presenting and convincing skills
Prepare weekly/monthly reports in a timely and accurate manner
Time management and planning skills
Preferred Bilingual candidates.
