An Educational Institute in Qatar is looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective Marketing and sales strategy.
Job Profile Design and Create Marketing campaigns & Sales strategies
Setting up meetings with potential clients
Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
Collaboration across different roles & Initiating phone conversations with clients
Diligently communicating and priming the lead through Achieving the weekly targets in a performance-driven environment
Monitoring self-performance at all times while also contributing to the team performance,
Build a strong relationship/trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and suggesting the right program/training to the Prospects.
Conduct research to identify markets and customer needs
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
Desired Candidate Profile:
Previous Experience in Sales & Marketing (3-5 yrs)
Previous experience in the Educational field
Working with schools etc will be added advantage
Digital Marketing Skills Highly Desirable
Excellent English & Language skills
Exceptional communicator and influencer Confident and persevering risk-taker who thrives in a high-performance high-growth environment
Qatar Driving license will be added advantage
Bachelor’s (Required)
**Must be in Qatar holding a Valid Qatari ID
